Customized products

Items or modifications falling into any of the following categories are regarded as customized products:

1. The inclusion of cotton linings in kurtas.

2. The addition of sleeves to designs that are originally sleeveless.

3. The installation of maternity feeding zips.

4. Products falling within these size ranges - XS, 3XL to 10XL (inclusive of 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL, 7XL, 8XL, 9XL, and 10XL).

 

Customization Charges
 

There will be an additional charge of Rs. 200 /- for each kind of customization. Please note that ordering products of sizes XS or 3XL-10XL without any additional customization (adding lining, or sleeves or maternity feeding zip) will not incur any additional charge.

 

Facilities not available for customized products

For all customized products the following facilities are NOT available.

1. The option for Cash on Delivery is unavailable for customized orders. For all orders involving customized products, prepayment is mandatory.

2. Returns are not permitted for customized products.
