For orders totaling less than Rs. 2999, a base shipping fee of Rs. 80 applies, with an additional charge of Rs. 20 for each extra product. Orders exceeding Rs. 2999 in total value are eligible for free shipping within India.

When making an order, it is of utmost importance to supply precise and comprehensive shipping information. We cannot take responsibility for delays or non-deliveries arising from inaccurate addresses provided by customers. Kindly review your shipping details prior to confirming your purchase.
Make certain that you furnish the accurate phone number, email address, and shipping address, along with the correct PIN, when placing an order. In cases of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to verify your order. If you fail to answer our call after three attempts, your order will unfortunately be cancelled.

Once you've placed your order, typically, if you're purchasing items that are already available, we will dispatch them to you within 3 working days from the time you placed your order. For products that are specially made for you, we aim to dispatch them within 7 working days after your order is placed. We put in our best efforts to ensure swift dispatch, but there could be unforeseen situations that might cause slight delays in delivery.
